Looking for a highly trained Massage Therapist able to tailor treatments to your specific needs?

Rebecca is a licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist with over 1200 hours of training. She specializes in neck and back pain, injury rehab, post-operative scar tissue treatment, chronic pain management and acute injury rehab. Our Services

  • A highly specified massage (with your desired pressure) designed to address your specific pain areas and bring you immense relief. Includes cupping, Graston Therapy, hot stones, or any add on you might need during the session.

  • A nurturing massage deeply focused on all of mom’s problem areas- prenatal massage offers a safe, natural alternative for pain relief. This massage increases blood circulation, providing extra oxygen and nutrients to both mother and baby- it’s a win win!

  • A fully clothed massage focusing on deep stretching, acupressure, rhythmic compression, and breathwork- this modality is excellent for athletes (either professional or weekend warriors) or anyone with back pain. If you’re looking for deep pressure this is the massage for you!

  • A specialized form of massage that targets Trigger Points (muscle dysfunction) and other soft tissue dysfunctions to relieve pain and improve function. Fantastic if you’ve had chronic pain or spinal pain.

  • Silicone cups are gently suctioned to the client and moved around to soften fascia (connective tissue) and muscles. Cupping increases circulation and range of motion, while decreasing pain.

  • Created by Physical Therapists, Graston focuses on softening dysfunctional/tight connective tissue. This technique incorporates stainless steel instruments to gently mobilize connective tissue to help you move more freely and with less pain.

  • So luxurious, but it's more than just relaxing- the heat from the stones gently melts tight muscles and connective tissue, increases circulation and lymphatic flow, while also relieving emotional stress through this nurturing and comforting massage modality.

  • A Christian approach to energy and trauma healing- this therapy incorporates neuroscience techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique, EMDR, and muscle testing, while also including powerful prayer. This therapy addresses and releases deeply rooted emotional “agreements” (negative patterns) and allows freedom and emotional release from these burdens.

  • Working through negative thought or behavior patterns, clients will learn to acknowledge and address topics holding them back from a fulfilling life- this therapy focuses on resetting patterns through neuro tapping along meridian points to reset the brain and create new, healthier habits moving forward.

  • The Vagus Nerve, which controls the fight/flight/freeze response, can sometimes get ‘stuck’, resulting in- chronic fatigue, digestive issues, changes in heart rate, difficulty regulating emotions, anxiety, depression and emotional numbness. Sometimes simply strengthening this nerve can bring relief from symptoms. This therapy includes gentle movements, visualization, sound healing, and intentional questions to help reset the Vagus Nerve and bring the client back into harmony with their body.

Rebecca “Becky” Baggett

Rebecca is a licensed Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Emotional/Spiritual Bodyworker. Continuously being trained in bodywork to be the best therapist for her clients, Rebecca truly has a heart to help heal all of her clients, both physically and emotionally. Through massage school and the following years since being licensed, Rebecca has seen a need for more specific bodywork, as well as a need for emotions to be addressed for full physical healing. She is passionate about the power of the mind/body connection and the healing that it can offer when the body is addressed as a whole, and not just individual parts to a machine. If you've met her you’ve probably heard her say “it’s all connected!” when referring to the body, emotions, and spirit. Her desire to give her clients the most effective and lasting results led her down the journey of specialized trainings for pain management, as well as how to work through emotional and spiritual blocks preventing her clients from full healing.

Rebecca makes it a point to invest in her clients, caring deeply about their day to day lives, their kids, pets, spouses and work- all of this translates when it comes to the physical work- she believes that when clients feel truly cared for and considered, that their physical results will increase as well. When clients come to her space, Rebecca will remember their lighting, temperature and pressure preferences, she’ll ask clients about their latest hike, or how their dog is doing after it’s surgery, and of course she’ll remember to ask about how your vacation was and if you saw any beautiful sights while you were gone. Rebecca believes that healing others is not only a privilege, but a calling.

  • “Working with Rebecca has been one of the most beneficial decisions I’ve ever made as an athlete and a coach. There’s nobody else in town I send the athletes I work with over to, and there’s no Massage Therapist I’ve met that has such a grounding and nourishing presence, while also staying so in tune with you, your experience, and what your body needs. If you’re looking to feel rejuvenated, you should book a session with Rebecca!”

    -Dante L

  • “I started seeing Becca because she had a unique cupping style which is amazing. Being someone who was in constant pain, I loved the fact that she could make the pain go away for a while, that as well as the positive atmosphere kept me coming back. I’d highly recommend her.”

    -Byron W.

  • “I’ve been seeing Becky since she was in massage school, and I don’t know how she does it but every time I come in for a massage she has learned a new technique, or has a new tool, or is sharing a book or resource with me to help me always feel my best. If you want a Massage Therapist that actually cares about you and wants to help you, see Becky!”

    -Taylor M.

  • “After being in a horrible car accident, a friend recommended that I see Beck for massage, and let me tell you, that was the best advice I could have gotten. Beck reduced my pain so much after just one session, and after a few months of seeing her I was feeling like myself again. I could not believe the relief that she offered me, as well as remembering things such as the temperature of the room, music preference, and what kind of pressure I needed.”
